Events2 were recently commissioned to deliver a two day conference and expo for one of our technology clients.
We were asked to identify a list of suitable venues and negotiate costs with the venues. (A service we provide at no cost to our Clients)
We proposed a short list that met the criteria and the after final negotiations and a number of cost savings we identified, the event was awarded to an award-winning country house mansion.
We identified suitable partners and suppliers to help deliver the event including, Audio/ Visual services, Celebrity Speaker, After-Dinner entertainment ( casino tables , giant Scalextric and ‘lounge’ DJ, Team building ( Duck herding, axe throwing and laser clay shooting), specialist catering requirements ( Kosher) and print and graphics services. We handled all conversations between the suppliers and the venue and kept the Client updated throughout thus saving the Client valuable time and effort. The Client had one point of contact and we were able to report on all aspects of the project back to the Client to enable them to make considered decisions.
We utilised our knowledge and experience to produce cost-savings and efficiencies that ultimately produced a superior event at a cost saving over previous events the Client had undertaken.
The project was a huge success with a happy Client and we are delighted to say that we have just contracted the Client for the 2025 event.
